Financial Advisor Associate – Full Time Position
This Associate Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with company leads from workshops and referrals, as well as existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor, learning our proprietary process, servicing existing clients, making active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients, client relationship building and participation in public workshops to include introducing the main Advisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of financial service experience required
- Series 65 and Life and Health required
- Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience with CRM preferred
Marketing Assistant – Full Time Position
The Marketing Assistant will exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged over the phone, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology. Excellent work environment provided with competitive pay and opportunities for professional and personal growth.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Marketing Team and engage with the prospects of the many company marketing funnels. This position will depend heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to build upon relationships over the phone.
A summary of the tasks is below:
- Answering the phones and greeting clients upon entering the firm
- Consistent follow-up with prospects
- Help with all Marketing ideas and initiatives
- Keep CRM updated with prospect/client interaction
- Consistent follow-up with prospects
- Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with the Lead Advisor
- Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals
- Assist team with administrative tasks, as needed
